One thing you need to know: when you cancel Philo before the payment day, you can still have the access to the content until that billing day or the end of your trial.

For example, your payment day will be on October 20th and you cancel your Philo subscription on October 14th. From October 14th to 20th, you will still be able to watch shows and movies on Philo TV. After October 20th, you cannot access Philo TV.

Visit www.philo.com and sign in.
Go to your Account page.
Select Cancel my account at the bottom of the page.
Choose Submit cancellation to confirm.

Roku

If you have subscribed with Roku Pay, follow the steps below to cancel Philo:

Hit the home button on your Roku remote.
Select Philo app.
Hit the * (star) button on your Roku remote.
Select Manage subscription.
Select Cancel subscription.
Choose Cancel subscription again.
Hit Done.

Fire

Do the steps below if you have subscribed to Philo from Amazon:

Visit amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions.
Select Action > Turn off auto-renewal.
Select Turn off auto-renewal to confirm.

Apple Device

If you have subscribed to Philo from your Apple device, you can cancel Philo right from your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV.

Go to Settings.

Choose Subscriptions.

Choose Cancel subscription.
Select the reason why you cancel Philo.
Click Cancel subscription once again.
